This MUST be requested within 7 Business days of the receipt of the product. Returns made without RMA will not be accepted!!! Merchandise with RMA returned after the 14 Business Day grace period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the return, and will receive store credit only! If it is our fault for any reason No restocking fee will be charged, and we will pay your postage, no worries! Any returns made after 30 Days and/or without RMA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and will be returned to sender! NO EXCEPTIONS! IMPORTANT!!! Please note that a partial return of items used to qualify for FREE shipping automatically VOIDS the free shipping offer, actual shipping costs paid by us will then be deducted from your returned merchandise refund. Special Order products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA (Damaged on Arrival). Packaging the Return The product(s) must be received by Mountain Gems & Healing Crystals within 14 Business days of the issuance of the RMA to receive your refund. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, pouches, documentation or gifts shipped with the product. Shipping with Delivery Confirmation is required with RMA Number marked on box. We will refund you the cost of the product, or you can ask for store credit. Shipping is NOT refundable. IF YOU PROVIDE AN ADDRESS THAT IS UNDELIVERABLE by the USPS YOUR SHIPPING is NOT REFUNDABLE, even if you cancel your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct!!!   SHIPPING We Ship USPS Priority Mail Worldwide, Fedex too! We only charge you the actual shipping costs, plus a $2.00 handling fee per order. We offer FREE shipping on all USA orders of $70.00 or more & with no handling fee! You will receive an email notifying you the day your order has shipped. We will provide a tracking number email only at your request. Usually the order is delivered before the USPS tracking is updated. We ship Priority Mail so it should take 3-5 business days sometimes sooner depending on your location in the USA. We are shipping from Southern California. Attention: International Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all international orders of $500 or more. Shipping may take from 9 to 15 business days for International Priority Mail starting at $19.95. Packages Lost by the delivery service: if the delivery service can not find your package we give them 2 weeks for domestic and 30 days for International before we will send a duplicate order for you, Hey things happen!
