Grounding and Protecting before use:

Sit comfortly take deep breaths, exhaling slowly and imagine a green warm glowing protective Angelic light surrounding you. You can hold a grounding stone or crystal or say the following:
" I am deeply centered in my world the powers of the Earth protect and ground me " repeat this until you feel solidly planted to the ground.

Now imagine this green light surrounding you, protecting you and you are seated under a vibrant blue light waterfall from the sky that cascades down into your third eye or Chakra between the brows. This light fills you and opens this Chakra. Ask for the guidance of the Angels and of the god/godess to guide and protect you.

Ok now you are ready to ask questions of your spirit guides....

At any time you feel scared or uncomfortable visualize the green glowing Angelic protective light and return to your question if this doesn't work it is time to end this session and try again later.

Place the yes no card in front of you. Hold the pendulum and ask your question to test what is yes and what is no example: Ask the pendulum to "Show me a YES". If it is slow to move gently start swinging it to and fro to get the energy flowing and ask again "Show me a YES".

My pendulum moves clockwise for YES, anti-clockwise for NO and gives a diagonal swing for maybe/more info needed.

Yours may move in different directions and that's OK. What's important is that between you and your spirit you get a recognisable swing for YES and NO. Keep practising until this happens.

Next, ask your Test Question: Ask "Is my name (insert your name)?", and see if you get a YES response according to the swing for YES you have practised with your guidance.

Next try with another name, like "Is my name JOE SMO?". Unless this is your name, you should get a NO response. If you are getting opposite responses, you are likely reverse-polarised. These are your settings.
